Letter of Eran Kristal from Israel, who participated in the Trans Israel 2014
I wanted to personally thank you, for the organization, planning and leading of the Trans Israel 2014.
The crew you have selected was awesome. Starting with Nitzan our group leader, that lead the ride in a responsible, calm yet cool manner. On to Daniel the mechanic, that solved any tech issue like a magician, and finally the efforts you have made, in the right timing along the entire journey, which lead to the successful ending of our journey, were not missed by us.
I think I was the second one to register (after my friend Gil, that excited me about this idea), and I must say I was quite skeptic about this journey, to fulfill the expectation…
How do you take a group of cyclists in different riding levels, make a group out of them, manage to create a consistence ride, on to such an intensive journey and yet have every one satisfied ?
Since I’ve participated in many sports events, including multiply days events, in Israel and abroad, I can safely say, you managed to put up one hell of a fine event, despite all the surprises along the way.
Thank you. This event is here to stay for sure.
Letter of Yaniv Yehuda from Israel, who participated in the Trans Israel 2014
“Thanks for a well organized and successful journey.
May there will be many more!
See you in January.
"I participated in the October 2014 Trans Israel and it was an exceptional experience, I loved every moment of it! Preparing for the event was a wonderful opportunity to set a target and work toward getting back into shape. The ride takes you across all of Israel, north to south, and you slowly see the change in landscapes and terrain. Being on the bike definitely gives you a different perspective of your surrounding.
The logistics were handled very efficiently by Harel and his team and each participant received a full logistics envelope with a riding coach, food stops, mechanical support, and accommodation. Everything was taken care of so all the riders did was cycle, enjoy the camaraderie, and clear our minds.
Priceless! Memorable! I’d love to do it again."
